The Blueprint for Women is a faith-based leadership and personal development ministry that equips women to boldly walk in their identity, calling, and assignment. Whether you're a wife, mother, entrepreneur, creative, or ministry leader—if you know you're called to build something you've never seen before, this is for you.
We believe that when a woman is anchored in Christ, equipped with strategy, and surrounded by a community of builders, she becomes a blueprint for her home, her community, and the world.

Leadership isn’t just positional—it’s personal. We develop women to lead in excellence, character, and clarity—whether in ministry, the marketplace, or their own homes.

Your oil matters. We emphasize rhythms of rest, emotional health, spiritual maturity, and holistic wellness to ensure that women can sustain what they’re called to carry.

We honor the power of generational connection. Through mentorship, coaching, and intentional discipleship, we raise up women who are both teachable and trusted to lead others.
Blueprint Experiences
Prophetic Intercession Hour
1st Saturday of every month
Prophetic Intercession Hour is a monthly prayer gathering where women learn to hear God’s voice and pray according to His heart. Each session begins with a short teaching on prophetic prayer, followed by Spirit-led intercession for families, ministries, communities, and nations.
Participants are encouraged to listen for God’s leading, pray Scripture, and release what they sense in humility and unity. This is a safe and equipping space to grow in the prophetic while contending for God’s purposes in the earth.

Blueprint Builders in the Word
2nd Saturday of every month
Blueprint Builders in the Word is a monthly Bible study designed to equip women to rightly divide Scripture and apply biblical principles to leadership, ministry, and everyday life. Each session blends solid biblical teaching with practical application, helping women grow in confidence as they teach, disciple, and lead.
Facilitators walk participants through context, key truths, and real-life application, with time for discussion and questions. Studies may focus on a single book of the Bible, a theme, or the life of a biblical character — always with an emphasis on how God’s Word shapes how we build in our families, communities, and callings.
